BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

HQ, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business channel, new products and opportunity to enhance the business revenue.
    • Specify new market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by the ongoing visits to customers and market place.
    • Support sales and marketing teams in identifying market opportunities for business development and progression.

Requirements:

    • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or its equivalent.
    • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in FMCG industry at managerial position.
    • Self-motivated independent and possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Responsible and able to work as a team.

SENIOR/JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

HQ, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

    • Manage Key Accounts of the Company in achieving the quarterly and yearly sales target.
    • Identify and create new sales opportunity of particular accounts.
    • Understand customers’ profile/classification and to design and execute relevant promotion activities.
    • Manage Key Accounts’ database and sales data in order to grow new business
    • Handle a variety of sales tasks, such as A&P budgeting, sales proposal/presentation writing, collection, disputes, sales solutions, maintaining productive relationship with buyers etc.

    Requirements:

      • Possess Bachelors’ Degree in any related fields of studies.
      • Minimum 2 years working experience in FMCG industry in the same capacity.
      • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
      • Having strong interpersonal skills and people management skills.
      • Team player and able to work with minimum supervision.

     


     

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE
    HQ, Kota Bharu/Ipoh

    Responsibilities:

      • To service supermarket and hypermarket accounts.
      • To organize in-store sales promotion and roadshows.
      • To ensure the exaction of quality, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotion is done according to the Company standard.
      • To establish and main good rapport with customers in order to enhance sales volume and business growth.

    Requirements:

      • Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any fields of studies.
      • Minimum of 3 years working experience in FMCG requirements is required for SPM/STPM holders.
      • Good interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
      • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
      • Independent, team player and willing to work under pressure.
      • 5 days per week of working days.

    MERCHANDISER
    HQ, Ipoh

    Responsibilities:

      • To do order taking from customer.
      • To closely monitoring the stock movement.
      • To do merchandising.
      • To collect goods return.
      • To assist in market activities.
      • To liaise with Sales Representative to deliver the result.

    Requirements:

      • Possess at least SPM/Certificate.
      • Minimum of 1 year working experience in an FMCG industry.
      • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
      • Dynamic, independent, passion and self-initiative.
      • Possess own transport.
      • 5 days per week of working days.
