Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

30 g chia seeds
50 g instant rolled oats
400 ml Ayam Brand coconut milk
150 g plain unsweetened yoghurt
4 tablespoons honey
seasonal fresh fruit of your choice,
diced and pureed

 

METHOD

  1. Mix chia seeds, rolled oats, coconut milk, yoghurt and honey together.
  2. Seal in an airtight jar or container and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
  3. To serve, create alternate layers of the chia seed yoghurt mixed with fruit puree, then top with diced fresh fruit.
