Baked Beans Toast

- 2 pieces thick white bread (half inch)
- 40g mozzarella cheese
- 2 pieces lemon, sliced
- 2 pieces tomato, sliced
- Some minced parsley
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce 230g
Preparation:
- Spread butter on the 2 thick white breads and toast them in an oven until golden brown.
Baking
- Spread Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce on the toasts and sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on the top.
- Put them back to the oven and toast them until the cheese melted.
Presentation
- Place the toasts on the plates, add the lemon and garnish with tomato and parsley. You can serve the beans toast with some salad or fried eggs.
