spicy mushroom tapas

Serves: 2

Prep Time: 10 Mins  - Cook Time: 10 Mins    



  • 1 can Ayam Brand™ Button Mushroom (420g), halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 80ml olive oil



Heat oil in a frying pan, fry garlic till lightly brown and fragrant. Next add in the chili and mushrooms and toss over high heat for 1 minute. Season to taste and serve hot with bread.
