tuna chutney

Serves 4-6

Prep Time: 15mins    No Cooking



  • 1 can Flakes Spicy Tuna in Olive Oil (with oil)
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 4 green chilli padi
  • 8 stalks fresh mint leaves
  • 6 stalks fresh coriander
  • 100g shallots
  • Salt and sugar to taste



Blend all ingredients till fine and serve chilled as a dip or spread.
