Makes 4 servings
30 g chia seeds
50 g instant rolled oats
400 ml Ayam Brand coconut milk
150 g plain unsweetened yoghurt
4 tablespoons honey
seasonal fresh fruit of your choice,
diced and pureed
- Mix chia seeds, rolled oats, coconut milk, yoghurt and honey together.
- Seal in an airtight jar or container and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
- To serve, create alternate layers of the chia seed yoghurt mixed with fruit puree, then top with diced fresh fruit.
