Kuih Talam

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Ayam Brand Sweet Corn Cream Style
  • 1 can Ayam Brand Sweet Cup Corn
  • 1 pack Ayam Brand Coconut Milk Super Light 330ml
  • 1 cup custard powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Shaved parmesan cheese, to your liking

Method:

In a pot, add in then coconut milk, Sweet Corn Cream Style and Sweet Cup Corn.  

2.     Mix together with the custard powder and sugar

3.     Add in the condensed milk and salt. Mix everything well on medium heat. 

4.     Pour in the glass container or mould and keep in the fridge to harden it.  

5.     Sprinkle with cheese and serve
