1 cup flour
1 cup custard powder
2 cup cornstarch
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
110ml Ayam Brand Santan Superlight
1-2 spoon pandan extract
Topping of your choice – palm sugar/cheese/jam/chocolate sprinkles


In a bowl, mix the flour, custard powder and cornstarch. Set this flour mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter with sugar.
Pour in coconut milk into the butter into the butter mixture. Add the pandan extract as well. Mix well.
Pour in the flour mixture into the coconut milk and butter mixture bit by bit. Mix well until it becomes a dough.
Using a piping bag, pipe the dough to the shape that you like.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180c.
You may top with shredded palm sugar or cheese or jam to your liking when it is still hot.
