Hearty Black Pepper Chicken Stew
Ingredients:
- 150g Ayam Brand™ Pulled Chicken Black Pepper
- 425g Ayam Brand™ Mixed Bean Stew
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
- 1 lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
Serve With:
- Warm flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Fresh salsa
Preparation:
- Pour the Mixed Bean Stew into a skillet or pan over medium heat. Stir and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Pulled Chicken Black Pepper into the pan. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through adn the flavours blend together.
- Taste and adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
- Top with chopped spring onion and squeeze fresh lime juice over the stew before serving for a zesty kick.
- Enjoy straight from the pan with warm tortillas, shredded cheese, and salsa on the side.
