Spicy Pulled Chicken Temaki (Hand Roll)
Ingredients:
- 150g Ayam Brand™ Pulled Chicken Hot Chilli
- 1 cup cooked Japanese rice
- 3-4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 small carrot, cut into strips
- Japanese mayo (optional)
- Sesame seeds/furikake (optional)
Preparation:
- Place the nori sheet on a flat surface (rough side facing up).
- Add a layer of warm rice onto one side of the nori.
- Top with Pulled Chicken Hot Chilli, followed by avocado, cucumber, and carrot.
- Drizzle a bit of Japanese mayo if desired.
- Roll the nori into a cone shape (temaki style), pressing gently to seal.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds or furikake on top for extra flavour.
- Serve immediately with soy sauce, pickled ginger or wasabi on the side.
