Ayam Brand™ Chicken Curry Paste 180g
Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 200ml
600g chicken
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
120ml water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pan over medium heat, add curry paste and chicken. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add potatoes and water. Stir well, cover and bring to boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stir occasionally or until chicken and potatoes are cooked.
Stir in coconut milk and return to boil.
Serve with steamed rice.
