3.

Tempoh Peraduan:
  1. Peraduan akan dijalankan dari 00:00:00, 12/05/2025 hingga 23:59:59, 06/07/2025.
  2. Semua penyertaan Peraduan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan secara automatik.
  3. Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah, melanjutkan, menggantung atau menamatkan Peraduan mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya atau jika Peraduan tidak dapat diteruskan atas apa jua sebab. Penamatan atau penggantungan sedemikian tidak akan membolehkan sebarang tuntutan oleh Peserta.

Kelayakan:
  1. Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua penduduk sah di Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dan Sarawak ("EM") sahaja yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas (pada 12/05/2025) kecuali pekerja dan keluarga terdekat Penganjur, termasuk syarikat gabungan dan/atau berkaitannya, pengedar, komunikasi, PR, digital dan agensi Peraduan.
  2. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti dokumen pengenalan diri, jika perlu.

Produk Mengambil Bahagian:
  1. Produk AYAM BRAND™ (“Produk yang mengambil bahagian”) adalah seperti yang disenaraikan di bawah:
    1. AYAM BRAND™ Sardines
    2. AYAM BRAND™ Saba
    3. AYAM BRAND™ Mackerel
    4. AYAM BRAND™ Tuna
    5. AYAM BRAND™ Baked Beans
    6. AYAM BRAND™ Coconut Milk and Kerisik
    7. AYAM BRAND™ Fruits & Vegetables
    8. AYAM BRAND™ Cooking Paste
    9. AYAM BRAND™ Pulled Chicken
    10. AYAM BRAND™ Sauces

6.

Bukti Pembelian:
  1. Untuk menyertai Peraduan, beli sekurang-kurangnya RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh) ("Pembelian Minima") mana-mana Produk dalam satu resit asal daripada mana-mana outlet dalam kedai ("Resit") dan/atau invois daripada peniaga dalam talian yang mengambil bahagian ("Invois") semasa Tempoh Peraduan.
  2. Resit Outlet Dalam Kedai:
    1. Resit asal yang dicetak mestilah mengandungi butiran tarikh pembelian, Produk yang dibeli, jumlah pembelian, nombor Resit dan nama atau logo Outlet dalam kedai.
  3. Invois Peniaga Dalam Talian:
    1. Peniaga Dalam talian yang mengambil bahagian adalah:
    2. Tangkapan skrin invois mesti mengandungi tarikh pembelian, Produk yang dibeli, jumlah pembelian, nombor Invois, alamat penghantaran ke EM dan nama atau logo outlet Peniaga dalam talian. Untuk pembelian dalam talian dengan kod promosi dan/atau rebat dan/atau baucar diskaun dan/atau baucar penghantaran dan/atau lain-lain diskaun, jumlah pembayaran akhir Produk mestilah jumlah Pembelian Minima dan ke atas untuk layak.
  4. Resit dan/atau Invois adalah bukti pembelian ("Bukti Pembelian") yang diperlukan untuk menyertai Peraduan. Peserta boleh menghantar seberapa banyak Bukti Pembelian yang mereka inginkan tetapi setiap Bukti Pembelian HANYA layak untuk 1 (satu) penyerahan penyertaan.
  5. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana Bukti Pembelian dengan butiran yang tidak lengkap, dicetak semula, digandakan, tidak boleh dibaca, tidak jelas, rosak, diubah, diubah suai, dihasilkan sendiri, dipalsukan dan/atau dalam sebarang bentuk yang tidak memenuhi keperluan pada pendapat Penganjur. Semua Bukti Pembelian yang tidak memenuhi keperluan yang dinyatakan di sini akan dibatalkan kelayakan oleh Penganjur tanpa pemberitahuan lanjut kepada Peserta.
  6. Pihak Penganjur akan memperuntukkan nombor bersiri mengikut jumlah pembelian seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Bukti Pembelian yang diserahkan. Bagi setiap RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh), Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 1 (satu) nombor bersiri sehingga maksima 5 (lima) nombor maksima bagi setiap Bukti Pembelian telah diperuntukkan.
    Contoh:
    1. Jika anda membeli RM26.50 Produk dalam satu Bukti Pembelian semasa Tempoh Peraduan, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 1 (satu) nombor bersiri.
    2. Jika anda membeli RM187.50 Produk dalam satu Bukti Pembelian semasa Tempoh Peraduan, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 5 (lima) nombor bersiri.

7.

Kaedah Penyertaan:
  1. Kaedah penyerahan Peraduan adalah melalui Laman Web Peraduan sahaja. Setiap Bukti Pembelian HANYA layak untuk 1 (satu) penyertaan melalui WhatsApp.
  2. Penyerahan Penyertaan melalui Laman Web Peraduan:
    1. Lawati Laman Web Peraduan di [https://www.ayambrand.com.my/index.php/harigawaikaamatan2025] atau imbas kod QR yang ditunjukkan pada bahan komunikasi di Outlet yang mengambil bahagian dan lengkapkan Borang Web.
    2. Lengkapkan semua butiran peribadi yang diperlukan pada Borang Web termasuk negeri pemastautin dan nombor mudah alih berdaftar di Malaysia yang serasi dengan WhatsApp untuk komunikasi lanjut ("Butiran Peribadi").
    3. Tangkap satu (1) gambar/imej yang jelas dan boleh dibaca dalam format jpg atau jpeg atau png ("Imej") Bukti Pembelian dengan Butiran Resit atau Butiran Invois.
    4. Satu (1) Imej mesti mengandungi gambar satu (1) Bukti Pembelian sahaja dan saiz fail Imej mesti kurang daripada 5MB.
    5. Muat naik Imej pada Borang Web dan klik 'hantar' ("Penyertaan").
    6. Penganjur akan memaparkan mesej Terima Kasih untuk setiap Penyertaan yang diterima.
  3. Penganjur akan mengekstrak semua Penyertaan yang diterima untuk pemprosesan, pengesahan dan kelayakan selanjutnya. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan mana-mana Penyertaan dengan Butiran Peribadi yang tidak lengkap, Imej yang tidak jelas dan/atau tidak boleh dibaca dan/atau mengandungi lebih daripada satu (1) Imej Bukti Pembelian. Semua Penyertaan yang tiak memenuhi syarat yang dinyatakan di sini akan dibatalkan kelayakan oleh Penganjur tanpa pemberitahuan lanjut kepada Peserta.
  4. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta Bukti Pembelian asal (salinan cetak) sebagai bukti untuk pengesahan dan penebusan hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan salinan cetak Bukti Pembelian asal apabila diminta akan mengakibatkan kehilangan kelayakan dan pembatalan.

Hadiah Mingguan & Tempoh Mingguan:
  1. Untuk Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan:
    1. Terdapat sejumlah 5 (lima) Hadiah Mingguan berupa 1 (satu) Kod Penebusan Kredit Boost RM100 setiap satu dimenangi untuk setiap minggu selama 8 (lapan) minggu berturut-turut.
    2. Terdapat sejumlah 40 (empat puluh) Hadiah Mingguan untuk dimenangi untuk Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan di akhir Tempoh Peraduan.
  2. Untuk Sarawak:
    1. Terdapat sejumlah 5 (lima) Hadiah Mingguan berupa 1 (satu) E-Kredit SPayGlobal (Sarawak Pay) RM100 setiap satu untuk dimenangi untuk setiap minggu selama 8 (lapan) minggu berturut-turut.
    2. Terdapat sejumlah 40 (empat puluh) Hadiah Mingguan untuk dimenangi untuk Sarawak di akhir Tempoh Peraduan.
  3. Berikut adalah 8 (lapan) tempoh mingguan:

Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Mingguan:
  1. Setiap minggu semua Penyertaan Layak yang diterima akan diasingkan mengikut negeri di mana Penganjur terima dalam Penyertaan Layak (iaitu: Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dan Sarawak). Satu set nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan Layak bagi setiap negeri bermula dari nombor bersiri "1". Nombor bersiri yang diperuntukkan kepada setiap Penyertaan Layak akan disusun kira dan ditambah untuk mendapatkan jumlah bilangan Penyertaan Layak bagi setiap minggu.
  2. Contoh:
    Jika jumlah nombor bersiri Penyertaan Layak mingguan Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan untuk Minggu 1 ialah 2503, Penganjur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut:
    1. 5 (Lima) Finalis Hadiah Mingguan (Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan):
      2503 akan dibahagikan dengan 5 yang bersamaan dengan 500.6 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 500. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 500. 5 (Lima) Penyertaan Layak diberikan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 500 iaitu i.e.: 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 dan 2500 akan dipilih.
    Jika jumlah nomber bersiri Penyertaan Layak mingguan Sarawak untuk Minggu 1 ialah 3003, Penganjur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut:
    1. 5 (Lima) Finalis Hadiah Mingguan (Sarawak): 3003 akan dibahagikan dengan 5 yang bersamaan dengan 600.6 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 600. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 600. 5 (Lima) Penyertaan Layak diberikan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 600 iaitu i.e.: 600, 1200, 1800, 2400 dan 3000 akan dipilih.

Hadiah Utama:
    1. Untuk Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan:
      Terdapat 9 (sembilan) Hadiah Utama yang disenaraikan di bawah untuk dimenangi di akhir Tempoh Peraduan.
      1. 1 (Satu) Hadiah Utama* berupa 1 (satu) YAMAHA EZ115 bernilai RM6,685.
      2. 8 (Lapan) Hadiah Pertama berupa 1 (satu) PHILIPS NA342/09 AIR FRYER NOVA bernilai RM729 setiap satu.
    2. Untuk Sarawak:
      Terdapat 9 (sembilan) Hadiah Utama yang disenaraikan di bawah untuk dimenangi di akhir Tempoh Peraduan.
      1. 1 (Satu) Hadiah Utama* berupa 1 (satu) YAMAHA EZ115 bernilai RM6,685.
      2. 8 (Lapan) Hadiah Pertama berupa 1 (satu) PHILIPS NA342/09 AIR FRYER NOVA bernilai RM729 setiap satu.

*Hadiah Utama adalah berharga "atas jalan" termasuk pendaftaran, cukai jalan, dan insurans. Sebarang yuran tambahan dan/atau yuran rampai dan/atau perbelanjaan yang terlibat dalam pengambilan, penggunaan, dan/atau penyelenggaraan Hadiah Utama adalah dipertanggungjawab oleh dan bertanggungjawab pemenang Hadiah Utama sepenuhnya.

Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Utama:
  1. Di akhir Tempoh Peraduan semua Penyertaan Layak yang diterima akan diasingkan mengikut negeri di mana Penganjur terima dalam Penyertaan Layak (iaitu: Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dan Sarawak). Satu set nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan Layak bagi setiap negeri bermula dari nombor bersiri "1". Nombor bersiri yang diperuntukkan kepada setiap Penyertaan Layak akan disusun kira dan ditambah untuk mendapatkan jumlah bilangan Penyertaan Layak untuk Tempoh Peraduan untuk setiap minggu bagi setiap negeri.
  2. Contoh:
    Jika jumlah nombor bersiri Penyertaan Layak Sabah & Wilayah Perseketuan Labuan ialah 56003, Penganjur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut:
    1. 1 (Satu) Finalis Hadiah Utama (Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan):
      56003 akan dibahagikan dengan 2 yang bersamaan dengan 28001.50 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 28001. Penyertaan Layak diberikan dengan nombor bersiri 28001 akan dipilih.
    2. 8 (Lapan) Finalis Hadiah Pertama (Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan):
      56003 akan dibahagikan dengan 8 yang bersamaan dengan 7000.37 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepda 7000. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 7000. 8 (Lapan) Penyertaan Layak diberikan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 7000 iaitu: 7000, 14000, 21000, 28000 dan seterusnya akan dipilih.
      3. Jika jumlah nombor bersiri Penyertaan Layak Sarawak ialah 60003, Penganjur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut:
    3. 1 (Satu) Finalis Hadiah Utama (Sarawak):
      60003 akan dibahagikan dengan 2 yang bersamaan dengan 30001.50 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 30001. Penyertaan Layak diberikan dengan nombor bersiri 30001 akan dipilih.
    4. 8 (Lapan) Finalis Hadiah Pertama (Sarawak):
      60003 akan dibahagikan dengan 8 yang bersamaan dengan 7500.37 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 7500. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 7500. 8 (Lapan) Penyertaan Layak diberikan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 7500 iaitu: 7500, 15000, 22500, 30000 dan seterusnya akan dipilih.

12.

Soalan Wajib & Jawapan:
  1. Penganjur akan menghubungi semua Finalis terpilih melalui WhatsApp daripada Nombor WhatsApp Rasmi PERADUAN JOM BELI & RAIKAN TUAH MENUAI 6018 322 6280 ke nombor telefon mudah alih yang diterima Penganjur dalam Penyertaan Layak. Setiap Finalis yang terpilih akan diberikan 1 (satu) soalan untuk dijawab melalui WhatsApp. Finalis yang dipilih mesti menjawab soalan yang diberikan oleh Penganjur dengan betul untuk memenangi Hadiah.
  2. Sekiranya Finalis terpilih gagal menjawab soalan dengan betul dan/atau gagal menjawab dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam mesej WhatsApp, Finalis yang dipilih akna dibatalkan kelayakannya dana digantikan dengan nombor bersiri Finalis selepas nombor bersiri Finalis terpilih yang telah dibatalkan.
  3. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya Finalis yang dipilih tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab.

13.

Pemenuhan Hadiah:
  1. Setiap Peserta sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan hanya boleh memenangi:
    1. 1 (Satu) Hadiah Mingguan, dan
    2. 1 (Satu) Hadiah Utama dengan nilai yang lebih tinggi.
  2. Atas permintaan, semua Pemenang mesti memberikan butiran peribadi mereka kepada Penganjur untuk pemenuhan hadiah. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti dokumen pengenalan bagi tujuan pengesahan, jika perlu. Kegagalan untuk memberikan sebarang bukti pengenalan memberi hak kepada Penganjur untuk membatalkan kelayakan Pemenang dan pelucutan Hadiah.
  3. Semua Hadiah Mingguan kod tambah nilai eWallet akan dihantar oleh pembekal perkhidmatan Penganjur melalui WhatsApp daripada Nombor WhatsApp Rasmi PERADUAN JOM BELI & RAIKAN TUAH MENUAI 6018 322 6280 ke nombor telefon muah alih yang diterima Penganjur dalam Penyertaan Layak, dalam tempoh 8 (lapan) hingga 12 (dua belas) minggu dari tarikh tutup Peraduan.
  4. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab jika mana-mana Kod Penebusan Kredit Boost dan E-Kredit SPayGlobal (Sarawak Pay) tidak dapat dihantar atau disampaikan kepada Pemenang disebabkan sebarang perubahan atau perbezaan dalam nombor hubungan mudah alih yang diserahkan oleh pemenang kepada Penganjur semasa penyerahan peyertaan Peraduan.
  5. Semua Pemenang Mingguan kod tambah nilai e-Wallet mesti mematuhi terma dan syarat vendor dan pihak yang mengatur dan menyediakan Kod PIN Tambah Nilai e-Wallet. Pemenang hendaklah bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk sebarang yuran pentadbiran tambahan atau kos yang berkaitan dengan menebus Kod PIN Tambah Nilai e-Wallet melalui saluran selain daripada aplikasi dan pengunaan masing-masing. Berikut adalah terma dan syarat vendor:
  6. Hadiah Pertama akan dihantar melalui kurier kepada Pemenang oleh Penganjur dalam tempoh 8 (lapan) hingga 12 (dua belas) minggu dari tarikh tutup Peraduan ke alamat yang diberikan oleh Pemenang.
  7. Pemenang Hadiah Utama akan menerima surat pengakuan dalam tempoh 8 (lapan) hingga 12 (dua belas) minggu dari tarikh tutup Peraduan ke alamat yang diberikan oleh Pemenang. Pemenang dikehendaki mengambil Hadiah Utama di pusat pengedar YAMAHA terpilih seperti yang dinyatakan dalam surat pengakuan penerimaan Pemenang. Penganjur akan memilih pusat pengedar YAMAHA yang terdekat daripada alamat yang diberikan oleh Pemenang.
  8. Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan tempoh masa yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini atas sebab-sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur. Penganjur berhak untuk menukar kaedah pemenuhan yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini mengiku budi bicara Penganjur.
  9. Semua Hadiah yang tidak dituntut selepas tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur akan dibatalkan.
  10. Semua Pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui WhatsApp. Semua Hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh 3 (tiga) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua Hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan. Pengajur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemberitahuan tidak diterima atau terdapat kelewatan penghantaran pemberitahuan kepada peserta.
  11. Peserta mesti mematuhi terma dan syarat pihak yang mengatur dan/atau menyediakan semua hadiah dan terma dan syarat yang disertakan pada hadiah, jika ada. Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan tempoh masa yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini atas sebab-sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur.
  12. Semua Peserta mesti mematuhi Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah yang sama nilainya,pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Semua hadiah diberikan atas dasar "Sedia Ada" dan tidak boleh dipindah milik, dikembalikan atau ditukar dalam sebarang bentuk lain atas apa jua sebab. Nilai hadiah adalah betul pada masa pencetakan.
  13. Para Pemenang akan diumumkan di laman web rasmi Penganjur di https://www.facebook.com/ayambrandmalaysia/.

Terma Tambahan:
  1. Penganjur dan syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan tidak akan bertanggungjawab dalam apa jua perkara dalam kelewatan, ketidakserahan dan/atau gangguan WhatsApp dan mesej dalam talian yang dihantar atau diterima dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang penggunaan telefon mudah alih atau akaun pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan.
  2. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau dipertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kesilapan, peninggalan, gangguan, pemadaman, kecacatan, kelewatan dalam operasi atau penghantaran, kegagalan talian komunikasi, kecurian atau pemusnahan, akses tanpa kebenaran kepada, atau pengubahan, komunikasi pengguna atau ahli, atau sebarang masalah atau kerosakan teknikal mana-mana rangkaian telefon atau talian, sistem dalam talian komputer, pelayan atau pembekal, peralatan komputer, perisian, kegagalan e-mel disebabkan masalah teknikal atau kesesakan lalu lintas di internet dan/atau laman web.
  3. Peserta hendaklah memikul liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat daripada penyertaan dalam Peraduan.
  4. Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Penganjur berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar Pemenang serta Penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa pampasan atau notis lanjut dan setiap Peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan untuk penggunaan Penyertaan mereka oleh Penganjur.
  5. Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan atau surat-menyurat dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan dalam cara yang sesuai dengan sifat data oleh Penganjur dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan menyerahkan maklumat peribadi Peserta, Penganjur menganggap bahawa kebenaran telah diberikan kepada Penganjur dan/atau ejennya yang diberi kuasa untuk menggunakan maklumat ini bagi tujuan pemasaran dan Peraduan masa kini dan masa hadapan serta untuk menambah baik produk dan perkhidmatannya. Jika Peserta memaklumkan Penganjur melalui [email protected] bahawa maklumat di atas tidak boleh digunakan sebagai asas untuk menghubungi selanjutnya, Penganjur akan menghormati permintaan peserta. Maklumat Peserta tidak akan diberikan atau dikongsi dengan syarikat lain untuk kegunaan mereka.
  6. Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat rasmi Peraduan serta keputusan Penganjur. Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini, sila elakkan daripada menyertai Peraduan.
  7. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, memadam atau menambah Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini tanpa sebarang notis awal pada bila-bila masa dan Peserta akan terikat dengan perubahan tersebut.
  8. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berkaitan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur tidak akan dilayan. Sila baca Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini dengan teliti sebelum anda menyertai Peraduan.
  9. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya berlaku ketidakseragaman antara kedua-dua versi, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.

Tambahan lagi, dengan mengemukakan borang Peraduan ini, anda dengan ini mengizinkan pemprosesan data peribadi anda oleh A. Clouet dengan cara yang dinyatakan dalam Notis ini. Kami akan memproses data peribadi yang telah anda berikan kepada kami seperti nama, nombor kad pengenalan peribadi, nombor hubungan, alamat dan maklumat lain yang kami hendaki daripada anda dalam borang Peraduan ini. A. Clouet akan memproses data peribadi anda, termasuk sebarang maklumat tambahan yang mungkin anda berikan kepada A. Clouet, untuk tujuan mengendalikan peraduan dan menghubungi anda (jika perlu).
  2. Data peribadi yang anda berikan kepada kami boleh didedahkan kepada penyelia perkhidmatan kami hanya untuk tujuan yang disebutkan di atas.   1. The Contest will run from 00:00:00, 12/05/2025 to 23:59:59, 06/07/2025.
  2. All Contest entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion or if the Contest is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participants.

Eligibility:
  1. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan and Sarawak ("EM") only above 18 years of age (as at 12/05/2025) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, communications, PR, digital and Contest agencies.
  2. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents, if required.

6.

Proof Of Purchase:
  1. To participate in the Contest, purchase a minimum of RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty) ("Minimum Purchase") of any Participating Products in a single original reciept from any instore outlets ("Receipt") and/or invoice from participating online merchants ("Invoice") during the Contest Period.
  2. Instore Outlets Receipt:
    1. The single original printed Receipt must consist details of the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Receipt number and name or logo of the Instore Outlet.
  3. Online Merchants Invoice:

  4. The screenhshot of the Invoice must consist details of the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Invoice number, EM delivery address and name or logo of the Online Merchant. For online purchases with promotion codes and/or rebates and/or discount vouchers and/or shipping vouchers and/or any other discounts, the final paid amount of the Products must be the Minimum Purchase amount and above to be qualified.
  5. The Receipt and/or Invoice is the proof of purchase ("Proof of Purchase") required to participate in the Contest. Participants may submit as many Proofs of Purchases as they wish but each Proof of Purchase is ONLY eligible for 1 (one) entry submission.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Proof of Purchase with incomplete details, reprinted, duplicated, illegible, unclear, damaged, altered, modified, forged, falsified and/or in any forms that do not meet the requirements in the Organiser's opinion. All Proof of Purchases that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants.
  7. The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the purchase amount as stated in the Proof of Purchase submitted. For every RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty), the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number up to a maximum of 5 (five) serial numbers. Any balane amount shall be forfeited once the maximum serial number per Proof of Purchase has been allocated.
    For example:
    1. If you purchase RN26.50 of Products in a single Proof of Purchase during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number.
    2. If you purchase RM187.50 of Products in a single Proof of Purchase during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate 5 (five) serial numbers.

Participating Method:
  1. The Contest submission method is via Contest Website only. Each Proof of Purchase is ONLY eligible for 1 (one) entry submission via Website.
  2. Entries submission via Contest Website:
    1. Visit the Contest Website at: https://www.ayambrand.com.my/index.php/harigawaikaamatan2025 or scan the QR code shown on the communication materials at the participating Outlets and complete the Web Form.
    2. Fill in all the required personal details on the Web Form including resident state and a Malaysian registered mobile number compatible with WhatsApp for further communication ("Personal Details").
    3. Snap one (1) clear and legible picture/image in jpg or jpeg or png format ("Image") of the Proof of Purchase with the Receipt Details or Invoice Details.
    4. One (1) Image must contain a picture of one (1) Proof of Purchase and the Image file size must be less than 5MB.
    5. Upload the Image on the Web Form and click 'submit' ("Entry").
    6. The Organiser will display a Thank You message for each entry received.
  3. The Organiser will extract all Entries received for further processing, verification and qualifying. The Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify any Entries with incomplete Personal Details, unclear and/or illegible Images and/or containing more than one (1) Proof of Purchase Image. All Entries that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants.
  4. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original Proof of Purchase upon request will result in disqualification and forfeiture.

Weekly Prizes & Weekly Periods:
  1. For Sabah & Wilayah Perseketuan Labuan:
    1. There is a total of 5 (five) Weekly Prizes in the form of 1 (one) RM100 Boost Credit Redemption Code each to be won for each week for 8 (eight) consecutive weeks.
    2. There is a total of 40 (forty) Weekly Prizes to be won for Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan at the end of the Contest Period.
  2. For Sarawak:
    1. There is a total of 5 (five) Weekly Prizes in the form of 1 (one) RM100 SPayGlobal e-Credit each to be won for each week for 8 (eight) consecutive weeks.
    2. There is a total of 40 (forty) Weekly Prizes to be won for Sarawak at the end of the Contest Period.

Weekly Prize Winners Selection Mechanics:
  1. Each week all the Qualified Entries received will be separated bu state from which the Organiser received in the Quilified Entries (i.e.: Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan and Sarawak). A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries of each state starting from serial number "1". Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries for each week for each state.
  2. For example:
    If the Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan total weekly Qualifed Entry serial number for Week 1 is 2503, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics:
    1. 5 (Five) Weekly Prize Finalists (Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan):
      2503 will be divided by 5 which equal 500.6 which will be rounded down to 500. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 500. 5 (Five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 500 i.e.: 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 will be selected.
    If the Sarawak total weekly Qualified Entry serial number for Week 1 is 3003, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics:
    1. 4 (Five) Weekly Prize Finalists (Sarawak):
      3003 will be divided by 5 which equal 600.6 which will be rounded down to 600. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 600. 5 (Five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 600 i.e.: 600, 1200, 1800, 2400 and 3000 will be selected.

    2. For Sarawak:
      There are 9 (nine) Main Prizes listed below to be won for Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan at the end of the Contest Period.
      1. 1 (One) Grand Prize* in the form of 1 (one) YAMAHA EZ115 worth RM6,685.
      2. 8 (Eight) 1st Prize in the form of 1 (one) PHILIPS NA342/09 AIR FRYER NOVA worth RM729 each.

*The Grand Prizes is "on-the-road" price inclusive of registration, road tax and insurance. Any other additional and/or miscellaneous fees, costs and/or expenses to be incurred in connection with collecting, utilising and/or maintaining the Grand Prize shall be fully borne by and the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

Main Prize Winners Selection Mechanics:
  1. At the end of the Contest Period all the Qualified Entries received will be separated by state from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries (i.e.: Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan and Sarawak). A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries of each state starting from serial number "1". Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries for the Contest Period for each week for each state.
  2. For example:
    If the Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan total Qualified Entry serial numbers are 56003, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics:
    1. 1 (One) Grand Prize Finalist (Sabah & Wilayah Perseketuan Labuan):
      56003 will be divided by 2 which equals 28001.50 which will be rounded down to 28001. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 28001 will be selected.
    2. 8 (Eight) 1st Prize Finalists (Sabah & Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan):
      56003 will be divided by 8 which equals 7000.37 which will be rounded down to 7000. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 7000. 8 (Eight) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 7000 i.e.: 7000, 14000, 21000, 28000 and so forth will be selected.
      3. If the Sarawak total Qualified Entry serial numbers are 60003, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics:

      60003 will be divided by 8 which equals 7500.37 which will be rounded down to 7500. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 7500. 8 (Eight) Qualified Enties assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 7500 i.e.: 7500, 15000, 22500, 30000 and so forth will be selected.

Mandatory Question & Answer:
  1. The Organiser's service provider will contact all selected Finalists via WhatsApp from the PERADUAN JOM BELI & RAIKAN TUAH MENUAI Official WhatsApp Number 6018 322 6280 to the mobile number from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries. Each selected Finalists will be given 1 (one) question to answer via WhatsApp. The selected Finalists must answer the question posted by the Organiser correctly to win the Prize.
  2. In the event a selected Finalist failed to anser the question correctly and/or failed to answer within the time stated in the WhatsApp message, the selected Finalist will be disqualified and replaced by the serial number Finalist after the serial number of the disqualified selected Finalist.
  3. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Finalists cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.

Prizes Fulfilment:
  1. Each Participant throughout the Contest Period may only win:
    1. 1 (One) Weekly Prize, and
    2. 1 (One) Main Prize of the higher value.
  2. Upon request, all Winners must provide their personal details to the Organiser for prizes fulfilment. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents for the purposes of verification, if required. Failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the Winner's eligibility and forfeit the Prize.
  3. All eWallet Reload PIN codes Weekly Prizes will be sent by the Organiser's service provider via WhatsApp from the PERADUAN JOM BELI & RAIKAN TUAH MENUAI Official WhatsApp Number 6018 322 6280 to the mobile number from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries, whithin 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks from the closing date of the Contest.
  4. The Organiser will not be held responsible if any of the Boost Credit Redemption Code and SPayGlobal e-Credit Reload PIN codes cannot be delivered or deployed to the Winners due to any change or difference in the mobile contact number submitted by the winners to the Organiser during Contest entry submission.
  5. All eWallet Reload PIN codes Weekly Prize Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the vendors and parties arranging and providing the e-Wallet Reload PIN Code(s). The Winners shall be fully responsible for any additional administrative fees or costs associated with redeeming the e-Wallet Reload PIN Code(s) through channels other than their respective application and usage.   6. The 1st Prizes will be delivered via courier to the Winners by the Organiser within 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks from the closing date of the Contest to the addresses provided by the Winner.
  7. The Grand Prize Winners will receive an acknowledgement letter within 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks from the closing date of the Contest to the addresses provided by the Winenrs. The Winners are required to collect the Grand Prize at the selected YAMAHA dealer outlet as stated in the Winners' acknowledgement letter. The Organiser will select the closest YAMAHA dealer outlet from the addresses provided by the Winners.
  8. All unclaimed Prizes after the deadline stipulated by the Organiser will be forfeited.
  9. All Winners will be notified via WhatsApp. All Prizes must be claimed within 3 (three) months from the date of notification. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the participants.
  10. All Participants must adhere to the Winners Selection Mechanics set by the Organiser. The Organiser shall reserve the rigt at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an "As Is" basis and are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing.
  11. The Winners will be announced on the Organiser's official Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/ayambrandmalaysia/.

Additional Terms:
  1. The Organiser and the companies involved in the Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp and online messages sent or received and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber's account in conjuction with the Contest.
  2. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
  3. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in the Contest.
  4. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to give their personal information, and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the Winners' names and/or photographs plus their Entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their Entries by the Organiser.
  5. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant's request(s). By submitting the Participant's personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and Contest purposes and to improve its products and services. If the Participant informs the Organiser via [email protected] that the above information should not be used as a basis for futher contact, the Organiser will respect the participant's request. The Participant's information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
  6. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the official Contest Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser. If you do not agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions, please refrain from participating in the Contest.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without any prior notice at any time and the Participants shall be bound by such changes.
  8. The Organiser's decision is final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained. Please read these Contest Terms and Conditions carefully before you enter the Contest.
  9. The Contest Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.

Further, by submitting this Contest entries, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by A. Clouet in the manner as specified in this Notice. We shall be processing the personal data that you have provided us with such as name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that we have requested from you in this Contest entries. A. Clouet will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsquently provide A. Clouet, for the purpose of conducting this contest and contacting you (if necessary).
  2. The personal data that you provide us may be disclosedt our service providers only for the afore-mentioned purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date. You may access and requests for corrections of your personal data and/or to limit the processing of your personal data or make any enquirues or complaints in respect of your personal data, by emailing our service provider at [email protected]. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail over the Bahasa Malaysia version.
